Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before shipping. During holidays and peak seasons, processing times may be longer due to increased order volume.
We offer domestic and international shipping. International orders may take 30+ days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Cozy Juniper is not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by holidays, weather, or service disruptions.
Holiday orders should be placed at least 15 days before the holiday to allow for processing and transit time. Cutoff dates may vary and will be shared during seasonal promotions when applicable.

Returns & Exchanges
Many Cozy Juniper items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns. However, exchanges for store credit are available under qualifying circumstances.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll provide the next steps for a replacement or store credit.
