Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to any inquiries.
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Please get in touch with us immediately if you notice an incorrect shipping address. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Cozy Juniper is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Yes! We do offer gift wrapping. Please be sure to add it to your order and specify what event it will be for.
We have generic wrapping paper for each event, such as birthdays, Christmas, and weddings.
For bulk or special requests, please reach out to us directly. We’re happy to discuss options when available.

Yes! We currently offer international shipping. Please note that international orders can take 30+ days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

We recommend placing orders at least 15 days before a holiday. Holiday cutoff dates may vary depending on the holiday and order volume. Shipping delays may occur during peak seasons.
Once an order is in the hands of the carrier, Cozy Juniper is not responsible for shipping delays, including those caused by holidays, weather, or carrier disruptions.
