1. Processing Times

All Cozy Juniper items are made to order, which helps reduce waste and keep products fresh and intentional.

Our current processing times are:

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts): 3–7 business days
  • Accessories (totes, blankets, socks, stickers, mouse pads): 3–7 business days
  • Seasonal or high-volume periods: May extend to 5–10 business days

Processing time refers to the time it takes to print, prepare, and pack your order before it ships.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Estimated shipping timeframes (U.S. only):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, and seasonal volume.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Total weight of your order
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Free shipping promotions (when active) will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Link to track your package in real time

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Cozy Juniper is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned to sender
  • Additional shipping fees required for re-delivery

If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Cozy Juniper is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked “delivered” but not located

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please:

  • Check with the neighbors
  • Check your mailbox, parcel locker, or building office
  • Contact the carrier
  • Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we can assist you in filing a claim.

7. International Shipping 

If Cozy Juniper ships internationally:

  • Delivery times vary by country
  • Customs and import duties are the customer’s responsibility
  • Delays at customs are outside our control

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items begin production quickly, we can only cancel or update orders within 2 hours of purchase.

After 2 hours, changes are not guaranteed.
