At Cozy Juniper, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in our shop.
1. All Sales Are Final (Custom & Made-to-Order Items)
Because each item is made especially for you — including graphic tees, hoodies, baby apparel, and personalized goods — all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Ordering the wrong item
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
However…
We always want you to be happy. If there is an issue with your order (misprint, incorrect item, or defect), we will absolutely make it right.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, please email us within 7 days with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- A photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
Once reviewed, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost or
- Issue a store credit if replacement is not possible
We may ask you to return the item in some cases, but most replacements are processed without requiring a physical return.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If we accidentally send the wrong item or if something is missing from your order, we will correct it right away.
Contact us at info@cozyjuniper.com within 7 days of delivery so we can send the correct item or resolve the issue.
4. Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for size or style.
Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.
If you need help choosing a size, we’re happy to guide you.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After that window, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation within the 2-hour timeframe, email us immediately at info@cozyjuniper.com with your order number.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are out of our control. We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked “delivered” but not located
If the carrier loses a package, we can assist you in filing a claim.
If your item is marked as delivered but missing, please check:
- With neighbors
- Your mailbox or parcel locker
- The delivery carrier
- Your local USPS/UPS office
We will do our best to help, but replacements are not guaranteed for stolen or incorrectly delivered packages.
7. Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Clearance products
- Personalized or custom designs
- Gift cards
- Items purchased using discount codes of 40% or more
